Homemade Granola Recipe with Birchcliff Honey

In dry bowl mix :

- 2 Cups of Rolled Oats

- 1/2 Cup of Dried Cranberries

- 1/2 Cup of Shredded Coconut

- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Pecans

In a pot boil:

- 1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil

- 1/4 Cup of Birchcliff Honey

- 1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup

- 2 Tsp of Cinnamon

Pour over oat mixture and stir. 

Bake in oven on a lined baking sheet at 325F for 20 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy over your favourite yogurt or cereals.
